I wanted to have a good picture of where I'm starting from. In addition to stepping on the scale and taking my measurements, I...took "Biggest Loser" style pictures of myself. Yeah, it was disgusting. I won't be sharing them here! However, I am thinking about printing it out and posting it on my mirror...maybe. I don't want to hate my body. So, do you think it would be a good move to post it for myself to see, or do you think it would be detrimental? Give me your thoughts. [ Full article ] |
