1) Sewing in a perfectly straight line is not necessary to sew your own table runners.2) No matter how accurate you are in Illustrator with your measurements, printers will eff it all up - which leads me to...3) Bleeds are not just for to-the-edge printing - they can help you with the aforementioned problem as well.4) Printing is damn expensive.5) Spray painting over any short period of time takes an immense amount of finger strength.6) Accept help whenever you can.7) Not everyone wants your help, no matter how much research you've done on the subject.8) Just when you think you've eliminated something because it's out of your budget, you find it for cheaper.9) Showering has become a low priority for me - as has putting makeup on and doing my hair.10) I should really be considering #8 if I want FH to marry me.11) Printing is damn expensive.12) It's okay to cry when you're overwhelmed - it feels good!13) Sleep has also become low-priority - this is not helping much with #8 either.14) [ Full article ] |
