Apparently, I didn't have enough balls to resign from my job at the call center. And because of this, I was around yesterday when they gave away free polo shirts to everyone who was on the floor. They gave out these polo shirts as a way for the manager to leave something behind before taking his flight back to the United States.What they gave us were light green colored little polo shirts that have the company's name stitched just above the left breast pocket. It was available in three sizes: small, medium, and large. Originally, I was given a medium-sized one, but I wooed my supervisor a bit so I could trade mine in for a smaller size.Now don't get me wrong, I appreciate their effort. I mean, no one's even given me a birthday gift for almost five years in a row now, and I'm not kdding. I don't know how I was able to add almost 150 friends on my Friendster account but it's the truth. This is the first time I've received any sort of gift at all from anyone for the longest time.
