Skeleton found scuba diving of Commencement Bay in Tacoma. The skeleton was recovered today about 300 feet off shore from Commencement Bay in Tacoma. The scuba divers where able to locate the skeleton about 200 feet below surface. One of the divers that was recovering the body actually had discovered the scuba skeleton on Monday while he was diving according to him purely by luck.
