Shia LaBeouf, 22, was involved in a two car accident at 3:00 a.m. on July 27th. The actor, his female passenger and another driver were injured in the crash. LaBeouf was treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for injuries to his head, left hand and knee according to police. He reportedly had extensive hand surgery and will be off work for a month. LaBeouf reportedly rolled his Ford truck after colliding with another vehicle. Police arrested the actor at the scene on suspicion of DUI, after he exhibited outward signs of intoxication. After several run-ins with the law, the star vowed in May 2008 that he would never get arrested again because he didn’t want to hamper his promising film career.
