Tigard, Oregon (The Weekly Vice) -- Shanelle Nichole Carlson, a 22 year old woman from Tualatin, Oregon has been arrested on multiple charges of prostitution and forcing a 15-year-old girl to work as a prostitute at area motels using Craigslist ads.According to police, Tigard authorities conducted an investigation targeting online prostitution that resulted in 16 prostitution-related arrests over the past three months. Carlson was arrested among them on prostitution-related charges that allegedly involved forcing a 15-year-old girl to work with her at a motel 6 on two occasions.On July 25, a Washington County grand jury indicted Carlson on charges including two counts of compelling prostitution, three counts of using a child in a sexual display, one count of encouraging first-degree sex abuse and one count of possession of hashish.Carlson advertised on Craigslist, offering herself and the teen she identified as "Nikki" as prostitutes, according to Washington County District
