INGREDIENTS 6pork loin chopsor pork rib chops, 3/4 inch thick 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce 2tablespoonsvinegar 2teaspoonsbrown sugar 1/2teaspoonpepper 1/2teaspoonchili powder 1/2teaspoonpaprika 3/4cupketchup 1/3cuphot water DIRECTIONS Place chops in a heavy cast-iron skillet.
