Rain Rain Rain

Day Four in France. Just returned to Paris after half a week in the Normandy countryside. The weather here has been bloody erratic. Blazing hot sun in the morning that reaches 30 degrees, to sudden downpours in the afternoon and freezing cold nights approaching 5. Thought that this was only the case in the country, but apparently Paris is just as bad. Just got caught in the rain while shopping along Champs-Elysee. Didn't bring my jacket since I was being baked alive just a while before. Rotton luck, huh? If it isn't too hot, it's too wet. Typical Singaporean mentality. Always something to complain about.Weather aside, this trip has been rather satisfying so far. More independent now, perhaps, and better control over my expenses. Finally growing up??? Yeah right! Or maybe cos this is my second time in France in less than 18 months, so I have seen and done most of what I intended to anyway... Could be. Whatever it is, I am having fun now. Hope the next leg of the trip lives up to
