Galaxy -- that will try to convince you that the Barclays Premier League is overrated and/or overexposed. What you cannot deny, however, is that this is the top Association football league in the country where the Football Association was first formed in 1863, and no other domestic league has the worldwide allure and marketing prowess of England's top flight.Okay, so one domestic soccer league has a slightly higher average attendance. The German Bundesliga pulled 37,644 fans per game compared to the Premier League's 34,363, but that should change once Wigan gets relegated.When you talk to casual soccer fans in America, however, you don't hear them talk about Werder Bremen and Bayer Leverkusen. No, you hear about Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal, the most prestigious clubs in England.
