They say pregnant women have a certain glow about them. And from the looks of it, celebrity mommies-to-be want to share it with the rest of us. Of course, it all started with Demi Moore's iconic naked pregnant belly (our first introduction to Scout Willis) on the cover of Vanity Fair back in 1991. The pic stirred up a ton of controversy, especially since the very preggers Demi looked absolutely stunning.
