Today, i came home a little late than expected. I was planning to make paneer tikka. Mom had made the chapathis and everyone was waiting for me to make the sabji and then have dinner. Only when i opened the recipe book ( Nita Mehta's), did i realise that you had to keep the paneer marinated with the masala for atleast an hour before you can make the dish. So, i ended up making a paneer dish with all the ingredients for a paneer tikka..in my own way!!! And, as it has become the current routine...i took a few snaps before allowing everyone to start dinner. Mom was making fun of me saying that, it looked like as if i was offering the dishes i made, to the camera ( usually we offer "nivedyam" to God!!!)...LOL ..but heyy..this IS super fun!!!!
