NY Comptroller: Marriage equality would be good for the economy |

NY1 June 5, 2007 In a study called "Love Counts," City Comptroller Bill Thompson says $142 million in new revenue would be generated in the three years after a marriage equality law is passed. Thompson says the money would come from residents and their visitors spending money on weddings. [ Full article ] |
