HELSINKI (Thomson Financial) - NokiaSiemens Networks said it has won an order to upgrade the mobile network of Indonesia’s Telkomsel with mobile softswitch technology. Deliveries will get underway this month, the joint venture between Nokia (nyse: NOK - news - people ) Oyj and Siemens AG (nyse: SI - news - people ) said.
