Other than clothes, which we send to a younger cousin, Ellie has retained just about everything she has ever owned in her entire life. That makes for a pretty packed playroom.I've been sneaking things out that I think she won't notice, but the going is slow. What I need is a way to re-purpose and organize some of these things so she can actually hang on to them in a useful way. Real Simple magazine's family issue has some ideas that just might help clear the clutter. How about taking an outgrown pair of boots, filling them with weights and using them as bookends? We are still playing with the Twister game, but somewhere down the road, it may find a new use as an easy-to-clean table cloth.
