Naturally 7 is an incredible acapella band that opened for Micheal Buble in Kelowna, British Columbia (BC) this past January. Kelowna is a vibrant lake-side city with a population of about 170,000 located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of BC. After four hours of driving, as my son and I took our seats (and missed the first few minutes of the show), Naturally 7 was introducing themselves as a gospel, rhythm & blues, jazz & soul group from New York and that everything they do is completely without any instruments or sound effects whatsoever. I was very skeptical, my son even more so. Then they started to play, well not really but they did! Their voices, the sounds of guitars and drums it was truly amazing and their pitch was perfect. It was so cool when Jamal Reed performed his rendition of a Jimmy Hendrix style motorcycle. Yes, a motorcycle. My absolute favourite song is their cover of Phil Collin's In the Air Tonight .
