I know that a low price is not the best reason to buy a CD. Howewer, I've always had a soft spot for LP's, and when I saw that this unknown (at least to me) band's LP released in 2007 and entitled "The Besnards Lakes Are The Dark Horse" was priced only 12 , well, I knew I would get out of the shop poorer than I came in.These guys are from Western Canada (I love Canada as I grew up there) and they now live in Montr al (Go Canadiens go !!!!).The music they play is the kind of music I like to listen naked on my wooden floor, with a glass of whiskey and dreaming that half a dozen of swedish models are pouring me cocktails with coconut and lime.
