Miranda Cosgrove: “My Parents Are Kind of Strict!”

She may be living a “dream come true,” but iCarly star Miranda Cosgrove still has to follow her parents’ rules like any other teen. “They are kind of strict,” 15-year-old Cosgrove told PEOPLE at the Times Square Virgin Megastore where she was signing copies of her debut album, iCarly (Music from and Inspired by the Hit TV Show), on Tuesday. “I have to clean my room and stuff like that. And I have been grounded before, unfortunately.” When it comes to learning how to drive, she’s also no exception to the rule anxious for the next six months to pass to get behind the wheel of a car. “I tell my parents I want to learn how to drive all the time,” she said. “Every time they go to the grocery store or something they are probably going to run away because I want to drive.” And she expects to take drivers’ education as well as get some help from her dad. “He may yell at me … but hopefully it will
