This is Nicholas Sprayregen, the man standing between Columbia University and its Manhattanville expansion dream. If he sells his property, Columbia can move ahead quickly. If he fights and the state uses eminent domain, well, it will take time. He says he's prepared to spend $2 million on legal fees and go to the Supreme Court.
