Man must serve 5 months, 3 years probation for killing ostrich |

Timothy McKevitt has been sentenced to a 5 month and $5,000 sentence for killing Gaylord the Ostrich last Halloween. Mr. McKevitt and Johnathon Porter along with others trespassed on a ranch and brought a shot gun. Ah…the joy of being drunk. Don’t you love it when someone is an idiot enough to kill an Ostrich…oh and then the judge sentences him to five months. Johnathon Porter recently completed a 5 month sentence.
