Lara Croft Goes Back to School for "Pre-Teen Raider"

GameTap has just posted the 8th episode of the Re/Visioned Tomb Raider series, which is comprised of different animated shorts based around the character Lara Croft. This new short is written by veteran comic book author Gail Simone and is entitled “Pre-Teen Raider.” While the title may sound like a moniker for someone about to receive a long prison sentence, the story takes a trip back to Lara’s childhood to show how she started out as a young adventurer. After a run-in with her school’s headmaster, Lara takes it upon herself to sneak into the academy to steal a valuable artifact. In keeping with the younger Miss Croft’s character, the whole show has a cartoonish style to it, with quite a bit of humor.
