NCAA Saturday Michigan really is a bad football team. So is Notre Dame. The game between the two of them next week should be a real ———— snore. Oh yeah, and Mike Hart and Lloyd Carr need to chill on the bravado. As we saw last week after the Appalachian St. debacle, talk is very cheap. Washington defeated this year’s Boise St. - #20, or #22, Boise St. Ty Willingham has the Huskies at 2-0. Damn, he’s such a sorry coach. Good thing for the Irish that he got shoved out of South Bend. The Big East is at it again this year. South Florida defeated Auburn in overtime on the road despite Bulls’ kicker Delbert Alvarado missing four field goals, including a 21-yarder.
