Can we just stop taking Jesse Jackson seriously now, please? Jackson is the left wing equivalent of Pat Robertson, just another quasi-religious hypocrite who's really just in it for the money and the fame. Obama is probably happy about this, as he should be. I think it actually helps him politically. Barack Obama is a emerging as a new kind of leader for black America and it's about time the media focused on people like him rather than ridiculous windbags like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. Hymietown? Claiming to be a man of God while fathering children by a mistress? Tawana Brawley? If these guys were right wingers they'd be eviscerated by the people who now find them credible.
