TV enabled mobile phones reach the 20 million mark in Japan |

In Europe we have DVB-H, in America they have MediaFLO and in Asia they have several standards, but the one that has reached penetration levels of 20 million devices is OneSeg. It took nearly 2 years to do it, but now the 416 kbps 320×240 resolution format has now become the defacto standard to have in mobile phones.
