Orlando, Fla (The Weekly Vice) -- James Stafford, a 25 year old science teacher at Corner Middle School in Orlando was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious conduct with a person under the age of 17 after he allegedly solicited sex from a 14 year old female student.According to authorities, Stafford obtained the student's cell phone number from a note that she had passed to another student in class. Stafford then began text messaging the student messages that were sexual in nature.Reportedly, the girl called the number that the text messages had been sent from, confirming that they were sent from Stafford's phone. To double check, she sent a text message to Stafford's phone and watched him reply during class. She then went to school administrators and shared the content of the messages.When investigators first confronted Stafford of the allegations, he denied them claiming that the student must have stolen his simm card.
