It's January 2nd, time to tear off the top page off the paper calendar the title company gave you last October (fifteen months!), fold it carefully, and file it away in case you need any of the numbers scribbled in the margins. January is traditionally a slow time for the real estate market here in Santa Clara County, but don't let that stop you from implementing your 2008 business plan and keeping those New Year's resolutions.
