Telling us our vote matters, they herd us like sheep Baa-a Were you out of town? Maybe you overlooked that increasingly slim paper in your driveway? Perhaps you forgot to commit Mayor Gordon's hand-picked city council slate to memory? The daily simply wants to ensure that you elect their selectees, who will gratefully march in lockstep with the paper that put them in place. And, those Propositions? They simply ensure the sales tax rate is elevated to cover the protections we funded during the last election, lift spending caps enabling the city to recklessly spend at will, and provide the mayor and council substantial pay increases in the process. What's not to like in such fine advice? In today's instructional editorial, titled, Your vote matters, we are once again given the drill on how to vote.
