Virgin in the past has been caught out doing the wrong thing (mainly refusing to hire "older" workers - i.e. those over the age of 30). Now they have stooped even lower than that.If a picture of you has been posted to Flickr, then there's a chance that you could be on a big billboard somewhere in Australia, and labelled as a "loser" too.With all the money that Virgin has, you would think that they would be able to fork out the money to hire their own models to be in the photos, or use photos where the people in them have approved their use by Virgin. What Virgin has done seems close to defamation in my opinion. And the use of photos of children is also a concern.
