It is not enought to have a web site hosted in some server, you need to let the search engines know about your web site and your web site’s pages. In order to do that you don’t need to submit your website to the search engine, there is another way around to make it faster. If you can have access to a website that it’s already indexed and you can add your website on that indexed site, your site will get indexed very quick. Why? because that site is like a recommendation from that site to the search engines. Is like a friend of yours inviting you to a party, they will trust you because they trust their friend (sort of).
