Tamworth, N.H- Police usually put handcuffs on people, not take them off. However, when one nine year old child arrived at Brett School in Tamworth, N.H. Wednesday he was wearing handcuffs. Police Chief Dan Poirer was called, but his key did not fit the cuffs. Cheif Poirer resorted to bolt cutters to get rid of the cuffs. The mother apparently put the boy on the bus figuring he could get assistance at school after being caught in them at home. Great! You let your kid play with REAL handcuffs? First off, where did you get them? Are you the type of parent who is seen in handcuffs? Why do you let your child do something so irresponsible? So many questions, so few answers!
