You are, in no case, going to miss the news if you are an aviation fanatic, an antique collector, artist, or simply wealthy. You have always thought of purchasing your own Boeing 747 but the sky-high price tags always come in the way. But, you don t need to worry now. Infact, it s the high time you should be in talks with your finance advisors and save some good bucks as the price of used Boeing 747s is going to fall tremendously during the next two to five years. The reason behind this is ever-mounting global supply of dead 747s. Countless 747s (mostly the 747-200 models built during the 1970s), which are currently used as air freighters, will soon be out into the open. Next-genearation aircrafts such as luxurious Airbus A380 and the Boeing 747-8 are already here.
