Perpetual Entertainment (which recently changed its name to “P2 Entertainment”) has been on rocky ground for the past few months. First their upcoming MMO, Gods and Heroes, was canceled. Then they dropped out of developing a Star Trek MMO to focus on the casual gaming market. Well, now it seems that the studio has shut its doors entirely. It’s still rumor at this point, but the way things have been going for them lately, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was an official announcement sooner or later. No word on what will become of the Perpetual Platform that was licensed by BioWare Austin recently.
