Adobe Photoshop Express is a free version of photoshop and it is web base software. The function availabe is very limited, and it is mainly for picture editing. This service is very similar to Picnik and FotoFlexer which are currently offering their service for free too. Currently Photoshop Express is still lack of features even compare to those photo editing software. While Fauxto is buggy, it is the closest feature you could get for a drawing software online. Hopefully Photoshop will bring it up a notch and provide more feature online.
