Atlantic Coast Conference Announces ACC Football Players of the Week for October 1 |

This week the Atlantic Coast Conference honors seven football student-athletes including a pair of quarterbacks who did not start their games last Saturday in Florida State's Xavier Lee and Maryland's Chris Turner. Both signal callers came off the bench to lead their teams to upset victories over 22nd-ranked Alabama and 10th-rated Rutgers, respectively. They were named ACC Co-Offensive Backs of the Week for their efforts as this week's ACC Football Players of the Week were announced Monday. [ Full article ] |
