Barcelona’s global appeal just keeps on growing, there is now a concerted effort to get Barcelona listed as destination on the World Version (Global Edition) of the very popular board game Monopoly. This version of the game consists of 22 cities, the aim is that the cities replace the name of the streets. Barcelona has truly come a long way since 1992 (the year it hosted the Olympics).
