The CBC’s Quirks and Quarks program included on Saturday a timely Q & A with atmospheric chemist and Nobelist F. Sherwood Rowland of the Univ. of Calif. at Irvine. It’s the 20th anniversary of the Montreal Protocol, its success a reminder that international treaties really can change atmospheric chemistry. Bob McDonald provides the questions.
