The Top 10 Reasons Not to Fly Virgin America (Or Why I Regret Losing My Virgin Virginity)

When booking my Thanksgiving trip to Los Angeles a few weeks ago, I decided to throw down a couple extra dollars to fly the recently launched airline getting raves from every site in the blogosphere, Virgin America. VA is an offshoot of Virgin Atlantic, Richard Branson's uber-successful and famously "hip" airline that seems to have a better sense of humor that those other "stodgy" airlines. While Virgin America only flies to very few locales at the moment, they plan on expanding in the coming months. I figured I'd get a sneak preview of all the excitement, and booked a roundtrip ticket from JFK to LAX. Both flights were enormously disappointing. What follows is a list I have compiled of the Top 10 Reasons NOT to Fly Virgin America. 10.
