WEN Wendy’s: 9.8% holder Trian/Triarc discloses confidentiality agreement with WEN (31.39 ) In filing, Trian Fund discloses that on August 27, 2007, Triarc and Trian entered into a Confidentiality Agreement with the Issuer, pursuant to which, the Issuer agreed to provide to Triarc and Trian certain confidential and proprietary information concerning the business and properties of the Issuer. Triarc and Trian intend to review the Evaluation Material in order to evaluate their interest with respect to one or more possible transactions with the Issuer, including, the possible purchase of all or a portion of the stock, assets or business of the Issuer, or any related transactions.
