Dark Horse Heisman Hype |

Statesman columnist Kirk Bohls gives us two dark horse candidates for the Heisman trophy in a year of no clear favorite given all of the craziness. His quickly rising candidates? Graham Harrell and Michael Crabtree from Texas Tech. Sure the numbers have been impressive so far, but part of that is the massive passing attack that TT will put on you each week. While Crabtree has a chance to catch maybe 50 TDs this year, it won't happen. Of course, this might be his way of hyping the Texas Tech-Texas A&M game in a year where the Big XII doesn't look like what you would expect out of the Big XII.Source: Austin American Statesman [ Full article ] |
