BASF is the world's leading chemical company: The Chemical Company and has a high profile in a number of New Zealand markets. We are currently seeking a Customer Services Representative for our ART [Automotive Refinish Technology] division based at our offices in Airport Oaks, Manukau. You will report directly to the Business Manager and work closely with the other members of the division to provide business support. Duties will include: front line customer services, order processing, management of debtors, and a variety of administrative tasks. This role will suit an individual who is looking to move to a challenging and responsible position. You will have the ability to work autonomously as you will be responsible for the customer services and administration of the division. In using your proactive and energetic style, you will be seen as a pivotal member of this small team, liaising with a number of different departments within the BASF group and also external ART customers.
