142 Dollars a Barrel??????? Can anyone tell me why there is a so-called “futures” market on ANY finite resource?????? What kind of sense does that make??? there’s only so many tons of gold, barrels of oil, ounces of silver, etc. (im sure you get the point) that exist on this planet, and they will either become used up, or so hard to get to that they might as well be considered used up…SO HOW CAN YOU HAVE A “FUTURES” MARKET ON SOMETHING THAT HAS NO FUTURE???? Hog jowls, corn, soybeans, etc, all of those can be replenished (well until we just plain eat the planet dry, or run out of finite resources to use in their reproduction), but for any government, anywhere, under any circumstances, to allow this sort of trading is only asking for economic disaster. there are a few who will get very rich in trading futures of this sort, but it’s at the expense of the rest of the world…..STOP THE FUTURES TRADING OF FINITE [ Full article ] |
