Guest blog by Doug Sacrison, the Crime Rant intern Well, as we all know, money can't buy you love. But as The Beatles claimed in one of their lesser hits, it can get you sued. David Colby, one of corporate America's most admired executives up until recently, was abruptly fired from his big important corporate job for what was described as misconduct of a non-business nature. It turns out this non-business nature was a whole bunch of extra-marital affairs. Now I've heard of affairs before, but that word doesn't really do justice to the amount of wool Colby was using to pull over everyone's eyes. Apparently he had around 30 different women in his secretive harem simultaneously. And these ladies didn't just say, ho-hum, I'm so open-minded he can do whatever he wants. No, no.
