On the last ball of 68th over bowled by Panesar Tendulkar hit FOUR!!, Panesar tossed it up outside the off stump, spined away from him, Tendulkar leaned into the shot and drived it between extra cover and long off for four and with that shot . Sachin Tendulkar now joins the elite eleven thousand club. That is his 11,000th run in test cricket and he is only the third batsman to do so after Allan Border and Brian Lara. Lara however, tops the table of leading run scorers in tests followed by Border and Sachin. [ Full article ] |
