Mike Gundy's rant in September of 2007 is one that will go down as one of the greatest rants of all time. However, with it all said and down, it has become obvious that Gundy owes an apology and it's not to the person you're thinking of. Mike Gundy owes and apology to Jenni Carlson, the writer who called out Gundy's player Bobby Reid. Carlson is owed an apology because she was right. Bobby Reid is soft, and he shows all the typical symptoms of an athlete who was pampered growing up and has no ability to handle adversity. In the wake of the I'm a man controversy Bobby Reid has left Oklahoma State and transferred to Texas Southern. Why did he transfer? Was he upset with the media, and the way he was betrayed in the papers? No, he left because he felt that Coach Gundy was not genuine in his rant. In Reid's eyes Gundy never cared about him.
