Cattle Call 2008: Comment period 7/30

Trapper John has a comment period for the GOP cattle call below this post. I hadn't realized that I haven't done of these for the Democratic side since June 1, so I see no harm in running both the Democratic and Republican cattle calls concurrently. Last edition's results: Clinton, Edwards, Obama, Richardson, and the rest. Remember, my rankings are based on where I think they would place if the elections started today, using a mix of poll results, CW, media attention, buzz, and other intangibles. You can use whatever metrics you think are relevant, but the point isn't to rank your favorites, it's to rank how they would place if the elections started today. This is your chance to rank them as you see fit. Please try to rank them as you think they'd finish if the elections started today, rather than in your personal order of preferences. This is an effort to gauge the current state of the campaign, not where you want it to end up next January and February.
