President Bush joked about his upcoming departure from the White House in addressing Karl Rove's just-announced resignation Monday. "I'll be on the road behind ya here in a little bit," Bush said, as he and his longtime political adviser and campaign architect addressed reporters outside the White House. Rove, who announced Monday that he would be resigning as Bush's deputy chief of staff effective Aug. 31, said he was "grateful for the opportunity ... to serve our nation," but his remarks revealed some of the struggles Bush has faced in the last 6-1/2 years, ranging from wars in Iraq...
