This month I celebrate 3 1/2 years of being with National Lending Corporation, Some people ask me, what is NLC? My answer, NLC is just a mortgage company like any other …only with a twist in its’ compensation structure. NLC, if you are willing to invest your time allows you to do more than just mortgages! Alot of people also see themselves doing what I do… and one thing I know is: If I CAN DO IT, you can do it too! What is the secret to my confidence? SHOWING UP. Showing up is the number one key to your business. WHEN YOUR TEAM MATES BEGIN TO REALIZE THAT YOU SHOW UP NO MATTER WHAT!! — (whether they show up or not)…. THEN YOU HAVE GIVEN THEM THE CONFIDENCE THAT THEY KNOW YOU ARE REAL! THAT THEY MAY HAVE A CHANCE OF SUCCEEDING. It is so much easier to say… It’s too far, I don’t have the money, I’m not going to learn anything anyway…all they do is talk about motivation and recruiting anyway! Well let me tell you
