An interesting theory was floated today on ESPN First Take about the next step if Culpepper does, in fact, head to Tampa: The Bucs might then ship Chris Simms to Atlanta, where he could replace Michael Vick.That seems like a scenario, though, that works better as idle speculation than it does as reality. Culpepper has indicated that he only wants to sign a one-year deal, and a one-year deal with Tampa Bay wouldn't really suit the Bucs' interests, seeing as they're putting all their eggs in the Jeff Garcia basket this year. As for Simms, he'd have a hard time learning Bobby Petrino's offense in time to compete with Joey Harrington for the starting job.
