What the probloggers forget to tell you or what you refused to hear |

We humans have this bad habit. We only hear what we want to hear. This was explained to me by my doctor. He told me that when the doctors relayed bad news to their patients, the patients usually filter out all the bad news and try to believe in what they want to believe in. Same goes for bloggers. The newbies all want to hear only the positive sides of blogging - i.e. blogging can make money. They will absorb every part which bring positive vibes and then, pretend that the negative ones are all unreliable things. I derived this conclusion from observing how many new bloggers talk like they are going to make tonnes of money within a couple of months of blogging. “Sorry, honey, money doesn’t fall on your lap like that.” I showed a link to a blog buddy just now and both of us had a good laugh at this noob.
