Crank Dat Soulja Boy (Superman) dance the new Macarena?

Filed under: 3 years, Marketing to kidsThere is a new dance craze sweeping the nation, it is so hip and easy that dance teachers are enlightening young dancers to do the new jig. Called "Crank Dat Soulja Boy (Superman)" and performed by Soulja Boy, it features fun, energy filled choreography easily learned by young and old alike. Apparently the dance is so fun to perform that even ballet teachers are jumping on the hip hop train and teaching it to students. I remember when my oldest son was about the age of the little guy in the above video, he got hip to the Macarena and we had to play the song for months until his interest waned. This song seems a little less annoying than the Macarena but I might not introduce it to my three year-old, I don't think I want to be doing th Superman dance for the next five months.
