"Troubled singer Amy Winehouse who was recently seen wandering around London in the early dressed in only a bra and jeans, has caused undue amounts of stress for her mother Janis. Worried about her daughter's safety, she has written an open letter to Amy, which appears in the Sunday December 9th edition of Britain's News Of The World newspaper.
